This listing is for the Essen Bioscience Incucyte Zoom Analysis System
The unit is in full working condition and is ready for immediate use
The IncuCyte ZOOM Live‑Cell Analysis System is a pioneering live‑cell imaging and analysis platform developed by Essen BioScience (now part of Sartorius). It enables fully automated, time‑lapse imaging—and quantitative analysis—of live cells within their native incubator environment over extended periods
Hardware configuration:
The microscope gantry resides inside a tissue culture incubator.
Dsdpfsxhfgisx Aczjku
The external controller handles image acquisition, storage, and processing
Imaging capabilities:
Supports 4×, 10×, and 20× objectives (image resolutions: ~3.05 µm/pixel at 4×, 1.22 µm/pixel at 10×, and 0.61 µm/pixel at 20×).
Fluorescence: green (ex: 440–480 nm, em: 504–544 nm) and red (ex: 565–605 nm, em: 625–705 nm) channels.
Can house and image multiple T‑flasks or microtiter plates—up to six at a time—and process over 2,000 images per hour.
Software & analysis:
Batch processing of cell metrics: confluence, cell number, morphology, fluorescence, and more.
Specialty modules like NeuroTrack support neurite/dendrite analysis.
Works with hardware tools (e.g., WoundMaker) and specialized software like CellPlayer for migration and scratch-wound assay
