Essetre Essetre Techno One

The Essetre Techno One is a CNC machining center designed for timber construction applications. It features 8 controlled axes (X, Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Z, B, C) and is capable of processing beams with maximum dimensions of unlimited length x 800 x 400 mm. Axis travel speeds are 70 m/min for X, 100 m/min for Y, and 32 m/min for Z. The machine is equipped with a 5-axis milling head with interpolating axes and a spindle rated at 12 kW, 7,000 rpm (speed adjustable from 1,000 to 18,000 rpm). The tool changer has 9 positions on one side and 2 additional positions on the other for special tools, such as a chain aggregate. Furthermore, the machine features a pneumatic loading and unloading system.
