iineo is highly configurable, offering 24 different machine variants for the single-head model:
- 4 pieces of 1st generation trolleys
- 4 pieces of 2nd generation trolleys
- 132 pieces of 1st generation 8mm feeders
- 12 pieces of 1st generation 12mm feeders
- 4 pieces of 1st generation 16mm feeders
- 1 piece of 1st generation 24mm feeder
The linear motor gantry is equipped with a rotary turret head featuring 12 pickup nozzles. The system includes a board positioning mechanism and options for oversized boards. Feeders can be configured at both the front and rear or set up front-only.
The advanced iineo platform delivers multiple enhancements over the Europlacer machine range, such as an exceptionally high feeder capacity, the largest board size capability in the industry, and increased maximum component height.
This platform utilises Europlacer's unique Integrated Intelligence™ and proven key features:
- Highly durable and flexible turret head
- Intelligent feeders
- 3D Placement System (3DPS)
- Powerful software solutions
It also introduces new technologies, including linear motors and digital camera systems.
Heads: 1 rotary head on a linear X/Y gantry with 8 or 12 simultaneous pickups and a 40-position smart nozzle bank (various options available).
Placement rate: up to 14,000 components per hour (0.257 sec. per chip)
Component sizes:
- 01005 to 50 x 50 mm (optionally up to 70 x 70 mm and connectors up to 100 mm)
Lead pitch:
- 0.3 mm (QFP), 0.4 mm (μBGA) standard
