EVERISING P-100C

The Everising P-100C circular saw is designed for high-productivity and maximum efficiency in cutting steel materials. This is a fully automatic saw equipped with a bar feeder, minimizing operator dependency. The user-friendly and intuitive touchscreen control allows the operator to select from up to one hundred different pre-set configurations, specifying diameters, lengths, and cutting conditions, so parameters do not need to be re-entered each time. The saw’s cutting head is mounted on preloaded linear guides and is driven into the cut by a servo motor via a ball screw, ensuring smooth and precise cuts. The frame of the saw is mounted on beams filled with polymer composite, effectively dampening vibrations and extending the blade’s service life—important as unwanted vibrations can significantly affect blade longevity. The circular saw comes with a 6-meter gravity feed conveyor with a magazine. The machine’s structure is deliberately over-dimensioned for enhanced reliability and longevity. The clamping system is of robust construction with adjustable clamping force, ensuring optimal retention for solid materials and controlled clamping for profiles to prevent deformation. Also included is a vertical clamp to correct any material curvature, ensuring perpendicular cuts wherever possible. Material feed is powered by a servo motor and ball screw, with the feeder vice moving up to 60 m/min while maintaining maximum feeding accuracy, resulting in the shortest possible cutting cycle times. The saw features optical material detection for rapid and precise recognition of stock in the feeder. The cut is cooled by an oil mist system, atomizing oil and air over the cut to reduce friction and effectively cool the blade.
