Falck Pellet Valtellina Impianto produzione pellet

Complete Pellet Production Plant.
The plant has an average production capacity of 4.5 t/h of pellets.
The line, installed in Valtellina in the province of Sondrio, is complete with all necessary components for the pelletizing process:

A section dedicated to loading raw material (sawdust or wood chips, smaller than G40) and its storage inside a 100 m³ silo. A second section dedicated to drying the raw material using a rotary dryer powered by a pellet burner, the entire system equipped with a cyclone bag filter for dust abatement.
The line also includes a storage station for the dry material ready to be pelletized.
The pelletizing station features 2 pellet mills with a capacity of 2.5 t/h each, installed in parallel.
Subsequently, there is a cooling and bagging line that ends with a palletizer, enabling the finished pallet to be handled by forklift.

The plant is entirely controlled via software from a control room, except for raw material and finished product loading/unloading operations, as well as the start-up and shutdown of the pellet mills.

The plant comes complete with certified electrical system. The installation also includes a reception cabin and a transformation cabin, both equipped with panels and transformer. Total installed power: 500 kW.
Average power consumption of the plant: 220 kW.

We are interested in selling either the plant, the entire company, or a majority share.
There are renewable contracts in place with local sawmills for the supply of top-quality fir sawdust.
A resale contract is in place for the entire pellet production with a leading Italian distributor.
Maintenance, spare parts, service, and expansion contracts are also in place.
Sale is due to personal reasons.
