Body of the machine tool
Construction of thick-walled sheets welded and reinforced with steel sections to ensure high stability and durability of the base. In the body there are containers with oil and cooling emulsion. Receiving table at the working vise with dimensions 800x500.
Arm guidance
Vertical columns made of properly selected profile steel. Guiding of the arm - precision rolling guides with preload. Arm movement controlled by two ball screws mechanically connected to each other by reducers and servo motor. The machine will be equipped with a mechanism for hydraulic relief of the arm holding bolts to reduce the pressure on the ball screw nuts, resulting in longer service life. The use of the arm feed drive with ball screws provides constant control over the feed speed especially at minimum cutting speeds, setting the feed speed parameter from the control panel. The machine will be equipped with arm descent speed measurement displayed on the desktop and bend control. The belt guiding control (bend control) will be linked to the arm feed drive mechanism. When the belt deflects, the feed speed will be automatically corrected, after it returns to the correct value, the feed will automatically return to the original value. When the set value of the tape deviation is exceeded (bevel cutting), the machine will stop the cutting process and visually (indicator lamp) will notify the problem.
