Lýsing
The basic assemblies of the grinding machine include the base, sledge, column with grinding wheel headstock, rotary table and control cabinet.
The table is driven by a mechanical gearbox and a reducer-wafer unit and performs rotary motion, the table speed is controlled by a potentiometer from the machine control panel. The machine in manual operation will have the possibility of impulse rotation of the table controlled from the control panel. The lateral displacement is carried out by the column together with the headstock on the rolling guides of the base. This displacement is carried out by a ball screw with a belt transmission and an asynchronous motor controlled by a frequency converter.
The vertical displacement is performed by the headstock on the column sliding guides. A ball screw is used to drive the vertical displacement. The continuous displacement of the column is carried out steplessly. The values are set from the control panel.
The machine will be equipped with a direct digital readout in the vertical axis with a resolution of 0.001 mm. There will be an electronic wheel on the control panel for moving the vertical axis during manual operation, and an operator panel (programmable display). The grinding machine will have infinitely adjustable rotation of the grinding wheel spindle and table rotation. The grinder will have the ability to work in an automatic cycle with the ability to program the number of squeeze passes and other parameters necessary for grinding in an automatic cycle.
Safe operation of the grinding machine will be ensured by a semi-open cabin and all electrical and mechanical safety devices complying with CE standards.
