The basic components of the grinding machine include: base, slides, column with grinding wheel spindle, rotary table, and control cabinet.
The table is driven by a mechanical transmission and a gearbox-frequency converter unit, and performs a rotary motion. The rotary speed of the table is adjusted using a potentiometer on the machine's control panel. In manual operation, the machine will have the ability to perform pulsed rotary movement of the table, controlled from the operator's panel. The transverse feed is performed by the column and spindle moving along the rolling guides of the base. This movement is realized using a ball screw with a belt drive and an asynchronous motor controlled by a frequency inverter.

The vertical feed is performed by the spindle moving along the sliding guides of the column. A ball screw is used to drive the vertical feed. The continuous feed of the column is stepless. These values are set from the control panel.
The machine will be equipped with a direct digital readout on the vertical axis with a resolution of 0.001 mm. An electronic handwheel for vertical axis feed during manual operation and an operator panel (programmable display) will be placed on the operator's panel. The grinding machine will have smooth adjustment of the grinding wheel spindle speed and the table speed. The machine will be able to operate in an automatic cycle with the possibility of programming the number of sparking passes and other parameters necessary for grinding in an automatic cycle.
Safe operation of the grinding machine is ensured by a semi-enclosed cabin and all electrical and mechanical safeguards in accordance with CE standards.
