GOOSENECK
Gooseneck with integrated single-axle chassis (pendle axle) in detachable design. Gooseneck hydraulically liftable and lowerable, including hydraulic connection linked to the hydraulic axle compensation of the first axles. Length: approx. 5,200 mm, with front tapering approx. 60°. King pin load as per data sheet: W25-DSR2700-12/22.7. For tractor units (prime movers): 6x4 or 8x4

- Steel front wall, plug-in, approx. 400 mm high, with tapered design.
- 1 pair of mechanical support legs at the front of the gooseneck.
- ASPÖCK-UNIBOX at the front connection strip with 24N, 24S, and 15-pin sockets.
- 1 spare wheel holder inside, mounted on the front wall of the gooseneck with gallows support.
- 2 pairs of recessed lashing rings on the gooseneck (LC 2,500 daN).
- 2 pairs of recessed, outward-folding lashing rings on the outer frame of the front chassis (LC 10,000 daN).
- 1 pair of lashing rings at the transition from chassis to loading platform (LC 10,600 daN).
- On the gooseneck: 1 pair of plug-in aluminum sideboards, approx. 400 mm high, anodized finish.
- On the gooseneck: a plug-in aluminum rearboard, approx. 400 mm high, anodized finish.
- 3.5 inch king pin
- TPMS tire pressure monitoring system as per ECE R 141
- Round NATO socket on the front connection strip (Maeler & Kaege VG 96 917)
- 1 stainless steel (INOX) toolbox with 1 lid, mounted on the gooseneck right side in direction of travel by the aluminum sideboard, approx. 1,350 x 400 x 400 mm (L x W x H)

LOADING PLATFORM
Low bed with external beams, designed as a telescopic loading platform in low-profile construction with front extension, including fixed approx. 50 mm hardwood flooring. Length x width approx. 8,000 mm x 2,740 mm.

- Mechanical pin-tab coupling from the low bed to chassis for exchanging the loading platform or installation of extension beams.
- 1 locking point every approx. 500 mm along the extension.
- 4 pairs of recessed lashing rings flush-mounted in the loading floor, distributed along the outer frame/top beam (LC 10,000 daN).
- 1 external lashing ring each on the left and right of the rear cross-member (LC 10,000 daN).
- Foldable extensions, approx. 230 mm per side (WITHOUT wooden planks)
- Loose extension planks, steel-framed.
- Preparation for mounting bolt-on container locks for 1x 20' or 1x 40' container on the outer beams. No container locks supplied.
- 6 pairs of threaded blocks between the lashing rings under the top chord of the outer beam for mounting screw-on rings M24 (LC 8,000 daN).

2 pairs of M24 screw rings (LC 8,000 daN) included.

REAR CHASSIS
Rear chassis with closed outer frame, checkered plate covering, and continuous prism-style excavator trough, approx. 1,450 x 900 x 505 mm, open at rear. Pendle-axle, all axles hydro-mechanically forced-steered. Hose rupture valve on axle compensation cylinder with automatic reset function. Hydraulic cylinders with shut-off valves and plug-in bolt for securing in raised position. Final paint of axles with 2 layers of 2-component paint, single color, painted in DB 7350 Novagrau. Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each. Hydraulic axle compensation.

- Remote steering from front and rear via cable remote control, with single-wheel alignment check of the axles, no installation in tractor unit.
- 4 pairs of hanging lashing rings in the outer frame of the rear chassis (LC 10,000 daN).
- 1 pair of lashing rings flush-mounted at the front
