- Complete steel structure is automatically shot-blasted after welding via turbine blasting machine
- Second round of blasting with corundum for optimum coating adhesion
- HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) for maximum corrosion protection
- Final coating with 2 layers of 2K topcoat, single color RAL 3002 carmine red
- Rims painted silver grey
- Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 pure white
- Metallic paint not available
- Paint system tested in salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS
- Cavity sealing with special wax
