- Complete steel structure automatically blast-cleaned after welding using a shot blasting system
- Second abrasive blasting with corundum for optimum bonding of the coating system
- Final painting with 2 coats of 2K topcoat, single-color in RAL 3002 Carmine Red according to RAL System 841GL
- Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (Pure White)
- Rims in silver grey
- No metallic paint available
- Paint system tested in salt spray fog test in accordance with ISO 9227-NSS
- Cavity sealing with special wax
