The Ficep Tipo G25LG is a CNC plate processing line for combined drilling, milling, tapping and thermal cutting of steel plates in structural steel fabrication. Built in 2019 - a young machine in its class on the used market. All processes run in a single pass on a rigid double-bridge gantry frame.

FUNCTION & APPLICATION
The vertical mono drilling unit with automatic tool changer (ISO 40) performs drilling, milling, tapping, centre-punching and countersinking. The Hypertherm XPR300 plasma torch and the integrated oxy-fuel cutting unit handle thermal cutting - from thin sheet to heavy plate.
The line is operated via the Ficep Pegaso CNC control. Infeed and outfeed roller conveyors with material transfer (8 m each) ensure continuous material flow. Typical applications: structural steel fabrication, steel trading and plant engineering.
