The FICEP Tipo G31 sheet metal processing center for the economical processing of sheet steel and flat steel in steel construction and the steel trade.

The Ficep Tipo G31 LG can drill, center punch, thread, countersink, mark, mill, oxy-fuel cut and plasma cut flat steel or sheet metal with a maximum sheet width of 3,100 mm and a sheet length of 14,000 mm in a single system.

The CNC-controlled sheet metal processing center is equipped with two 26 kW drilling units. 2 tool changers, each with 24 tool stations for ISO 40 tool holders, are available for automatic tool changes. The system is suitable for sheet sizes: Sheet width: minimum 200 mm, maximum 3100 mm; sheet length: minimum 2500 mm and maximum 14,000 mm.
A powerful and modern Hypertherm HPR 400 XD plasma source is available for plasma cutting. The system also has an oxyfuel cutting unit for thick material thicknesses.

The drilling unit with a high torque and a spindle speed of up to 6,000 rpm is designed for drilling with carbide tools such as solid carbide drills, Nenok Multiplex interchangeable insert tools as well as for use with HSS coolant channel drills with a drilling diameter of 10 mm to 40 mm.

The Ficep Tipo G31 machine is in very good condition and has only a few operating hours.
