We offer a ready-to-use modular boiler house solution with a 40 kW output, built into an ISO shipping container and designed for rapid installation and connection at your site. The module has served as a trade show sample, used for demonstration purposes, and is in excellent technical and visual condition.

The boiler house module is suitable for heating buildings, construction sites, workshops, warehouses, or temporary facilities, as well as serving as a backup or emergency heating solution in situations where fast heat supply is required without permanent construction.

The module is constructed on the basis of an ISO shipping container (approx. 2.4 × 6.1 × 2.55 m, weight ~4700 kg). Power supply 3N+PE 230/400 V, 50 Hz (~5 kW). The boiler house complies with CE requirements and has undergone conformity assessment (TÜV NORD). It is insulated.

The boiler house module is equipped with:
- DEFRO pellet boiler with automated feed system (output 40 kW)
- Kospel domestic hot water boiler (~140 L)
- DEFRO hot water accumulation tank (~800 L)
- Expansion vessel for heating system
- Circulation pumps
- Control and automation system with electrical distribution cabinet
- Natural ventilation and flue gas exhaust system

For additional safety, the module is fitted with a gas extinguishing system, which can either remain or be removed by agreement, with price adjustments accordingly.

The current system configuration allows for an increase in boiler output, as the components are suitable for operation with higher thermal capacity. The boiler can be replaced with a larger unit or supplemented with an additional one.

The module is available for both purchase and rental.

When renting, we offer a full service – boiler house maintenance, pellet supply and delivery, operational monitoring, and technical support. The renter does not need to handle system maintenance themselves.
