Used Doypack Filling Line kg/h
Filling Line Technical Configuration
The used Doypack filling line, rated at 600 kg/h, comprises a series of 2015 machines that offer precision, hygiene, and reliability in filling flexible pouches.

The process begins with product preparation and feeding, ensuring uniform consistency and stability before filling.
Next, a FL Tecnics machine, model FL 2.2, handles pouch feeding, weight filling, sealing, and packaging.

Specifically, a VARPE control system measures the weight of the product in each pouch with high precision, minimizing variations and waste.

Simultaneously, another VARPE unit performs an X-ray inspection, which detects any contaminants or structural issues.

Consequently, this adds a crucial level of safety and quality control.
Meanwhile, a spiral airflow pasteurizer manufactured by SARP performs the pasteurization phase.

Unlike other systems, this design treats the product uniformly, preserving its organoleptic characteristics.

Finally, a cartoner completes the packaging process, efficiently organizing and preparing the filled pouches for shipping.

Taken together, these components comprise the 600 kg/h Doypack/Tetra Pak filling line used to ensure a safe, uniform, and high-performance packaging process.
Production Performance and Operating Conditions
The 600 kg/h Doypack/Tetra Pak filling line used processes up to 600 kilograms of product per hour.

Thanks to its design, it maintains consistent dosing and minimizes downtime.

Its weight-based filling system ensures precise volumes in each pouch, thus reducing overfilling and meeting production specifications.
Notably, the line has only been in operation for approximately 1,000 hours, during which it has produced approximately 5 million pouches.

Therefore, the system remains in near-new condition.

Therefore, plants can count on long-term reliability with minimal wear.

In terms of maintenance, this translates into reduced operating costs and longer uptime.
Versatility in Product Types and Formats
The Doypack/Tetra Pak filling line used operates with pouch sizes from 90 grams to 150 grams, using weight-based precision filling.

Thanks to this, operators can process a wide range of products, including infant formula, ready-to-drink beverages, dairy products, sauces, and creams.
More importantly, technicians can easily adjust dosing parameters to accommodate varying product viscosities or packaging standards.

As a result, this system offers high flexibility to companies operating multiple product lines.

Furthermore, weight-based filling improves yield accuracy, helping manufacturers meet labeling and legal compliance requirements.
Operational Safety and Technical Documentation
Each machine on the Doypack/Tetra Pak filling line includes integrated safety devices compliant with European standards.

These include mechanical guards, interlocks, and alarms that proactively protect personnel.

Furthermore, intuitive safety interfaces reduce training time and improve operational safety.
The line includes technical manuals and comprehensive documentation.

This allows technicians to manage installation, configuration, and routine maintenance without the need for external support.
