The new profil 92 M e-motion spindle moulder is Format4’s premium model, offering maximum operating comfort and ensuring absolute efficiency through minimal setup times during milling operations. The advanced electric spindle features an HSK 63F interface for a tool quick-change system with pneumatic clamping. The swiveling range of ±46° enables limitless machining versatility. With the self-explanatory e-motion control via a 15-inch touchscreen panel, spindle speed, spindle height and angle, as well as the fence position and even the table opening, can be set intuitively and precisely. Integrated memory for tools, spindle settings, and milling programs ensures perfect repeat accuracy and the shortest setup times.

Electrically controlled, eccentric inserts provide maximum table support area and significantly reduce adjustment work, especially when swiveling the spindle. The newly developed heavy-duty precision milling fence features two powered axes for precise depth adjustment of the complete fence, plus an independent, adjustable depth stop for the right-hand feeding jaw. For convenient access during curve milling, the fence can be swung completely out of the working area. Optionally, the Format4 profil 92 M e-motion can be equipped with an electrically height-adjustable power feeder.
