Premilling unit: Uses two counter-rotating diamond-coated spiral cutters to prepare the panel edge for gluing, ensuring a tear-free finish on laminated materials.
Corner rounding unit: Finishes workpiece corners and edges up to 3 mm thick without reducing the feed speed.
Multi-functional trimming unit: Consists of two high-frequency motors for precision trimming of flush, radius, and chamfered edges.
Scraping and buffing units: These optional finishing stations include a radius scraping unit to remove cutter marks and a buffing unit with cotton brushes to clean and polish the edge.
Versatile processing: The machine can process coiled edge material from 0.4 to 3 mm in thickness on panel workpieces up to 45 mm thick.
