Formax F-6 burger former

The FORMAX F-6 burger forming machine is an automatic forming machine from the FORMAX brand (Provisur Technologies), designed for producing burgers, patties, and other formed products from meat, poultry, and non-meat ingredients. The set consists of the forming machine and a conveyor that receives the finished products, and includes a wide selection of round and oval molds from 45 to 200 g as well as spare parts.

How does the FORMAX F-6 burger forming machine work?
Raw material goes into the hopper, from where a feed screw carries it to the forming system. A high-speed mold plate fills the molds with the mass and gives the products the set shape and weight, and a pneumatic knock-out system places the finished portions on the conveyor. Changing the product range means swapping the mold, which allows quick changeovers between round and oval burgers of different diameters and weights. The machine is operated from a simple pushbutton panel.

Key advantages of the FORMAX F-6 burger forming machine
The compact construction and quick mold changes make the forming machine well suited to plants that produce different products in short runs. High repeatability of burger weight and shape results in uniform quality and easier portioning and packing.

The set with a conveyor receiving the finished products allows the forming machine to be connected straight to subsequent stages of the line, such as breading, freezing, or packaging. The wide choice of molds supplied, from 45 to 200 g, and the included spare parts reduce downtime and make it possible to start production immediately.
