Production Capacity
- For currently manufactured "married" toilet models: the upper and lower parts are cast separately -> Two castings result in a complete toilet. 160 castings per casting cycle -> 80 complete toilets per casting cycle.
- For models without "marriage": one mold station corresponds to one product -> up to 160 pieces per casting cycle.

- Dimensions: Installation area approximately length: 33,800 mm, width: 4,100 mm, height: 4,300 mm. Single-row roller conveyor with a length of approximately 33,000 mm. Four lifting beam systems per unit. Each lifting beam is designed for 10 molds. One extraction trolley per unit.

- Casting and slip system: Slip supply DN 100, slip return DN 100, compressed air connection 2 inches for the pressure line, filling via high-level or level tanks, two level tanks per unit, two casting lines per level tank, return of excess slip to the return slip tank, flushing of the slip lines with water and compressed air, four separate flushing systems per unit.

- Mold mounting and clamping technology: Steel base frame, four lifting beams with electromechanical cable winch drive, cable breakage and cable slack protection, divisible vertical clamping devices, upper clamping beams with quick-release fasteners, pneumatic clamping hoses.

- Demolding and handling: Pneumatic extraction assistance, molds can be clamped and tilted by 90 degrees, mold halves are manually separated, ergonomic transfer of the green part to a roller conveyor, two-hand safety control, quick-change system for different mold mountings, track for existing vacuum lifting system.

- Compressed air and low-pressure system: Separate compressed air distribution for each 10 molds, three compressed air circuits (upper clamping beams and core boxes, vertical clamping devices, separation of the green part and mold), individual pressure control via pressure regulators, pressure monitoring of the clamping circuits, acoustic signal in case of insufficient clamping pressure, low-pressure system for stabilizing the green part in the mold and for hose drying after flushing.

- Drying, ventilation, and lighting: Fans for drying the parts, diameter approximately 950 mm, LED lighting strips along the unit, active unit sections can be visually marked by the lighting, uniform drying of the plaster molds supports up to two casting cycles per day.

- Electrical system and control: Two main switch cabinets, one main switch cabinet controls 20 molds and two lifting beams each, two-hand operation for safety-relevant movements, separate control cabinets on the level tanks and lifting beams.

- Advantages: High production flexibility due to the 10-mold division, different products or casting times within one unit are possible, unused conversion components remain on the unit, suitable for different toilet models and production concepts, modular design facilitates partial occupancy and adjusted production quantities, extensive peripherals for casting, flushing, drying, demolding, and transport are available.
