Funk F800

Funk F800 flake ice machine, manufactured in 2021, for an ice output of approx. 700 to 800 kg in 24 hours, was only used for approx. 3 years, protective film still on the device. The wafer-thin flake ice is scraped off by an evaporator roller cooled from the inside. It can be easily incorporated into the dough, does not tend to clump together and has a very good cooling effect. The machine includes patented "Funk EasyClean" easy cleaning principle to meet high international HACCP standards. The stainless steel cover of the device can be easily removed, revealing all components of the flake ice maker that need to be cleaned. The device is DVGW-compliant. Very simple (manual) operation without electronics, computers, etc., with manual rinsing function. The device is fully functional, perfect for regulating dough temperatures in the warm season by adding flake ice. The flake ice does not cause any (mechanical) problems in the dough kneader. The device is ready to connect (= plug & play) and mobile on castors.
