Pipe Cutting Machine FZH VARIO 2 with 2.9m Magazine (Year 2016)

Automatic pipe cutting line VARIO 2 by FZH Maschinenbau GmbH, manufactured in 2016. This line is designed for the cutting to length of round pipes and has been used in serial production of furniture fittings. The system comprises a magazine with singling system, feed unit, pipe cutting head, as well as extraction and deburring unit.

Application areas:
– Automatic cutting of round pipes in series production
– Pipe diameter approx. Ø 6.0–78.0 mm
– Wall thickness approx. 0.1–1.5 mm (plastics up to approx. 2.0 mm)
– Cut lengths from approx. 70 mm, with typical lengths from 200–1,200 mm
– Suitable for steel pipes (e.g., E195) and various other pipe materials

– Pipe diameter (outside): Ø 6.0 mm to 78.0 mm
– Wall thickness: 0.1–1.5 mm (plastics up to 2.0 mm)

– Cut lengths: 70–700 mm in one feed cycle, longer lengths by repositioning
– Minimum cut length: 70 mm
– Shortest scrap length: 150 mm
– Pipe input: by the meter or from coil
– Cycle time for cutting only: approx. 4 s (material dependent)
– Feed time for 200 mm pipe length: approx. 2 s
– Feed time for 500 mm pipe length: approx. 5 s
– Feed time for 1,200 mm pipe length: approx. 16 s

– Well-maintained used condition from family business
– System was regularly serviced
– Technical documents (offer, layout drawing, specifications) available
– Photos of the complete line including magazine and deburring unit available

Inspection possible by appointment. Dismantling and loading can be organized in coordination with the buyer.
