CFS GEA Koppens 600 H TW Forming Machine
This multifunctional hamburger and nugget forming machine is suitable for shaping a wide variety of products. Both round and rectangular shapes can be produced with this former. These machines are widely used across numerous industries, including bakeries, butcheries, convenience foods, snacks, salads, cheese, vegetables, fruit, processed meats, fish, vegan and vegetarian products, baby food, and pet food production.
The automatic patty former features a large infeed hopper where the product is pushed into the mold by two pneumatic plungers. The mold is then moved above the conveyor belt, after which a pneumatic ejector presses the formed product out of the mold onto the conveyor. This former is ideal for integration into a production line (in-line operation).
The machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel.
