CFS GEA Koppens WTC 400 Battering Machine
This 400 mm wet coating (battering) machine from CFS is ideal for coating meat, fish, game, poultry, fruit, and vegetables. The machine is designed for in-line installation and is particularly suitable for battering convenience food products.
The coater is mobile and height-adjustable, allowing for flexible integration into production lines. It features a continuously variable conveyor speed for optimal process control. Excess batter is removed by means of an air knife system, which blows off surplus coating from both the top and bottom sides of the product.
The machine is easy to disassemble, enabling quick and efficient cleaning. It is constructed entirely from stainless steel.
