Hydraulic frame press for sheet metal stamping with a force of 630 tons, designed for cold stamping.
The vertical frame press with a welded construction consists of a table and an upper plate that are connected with screws. An electrical cabinet is installed next to the press and an oil overflow tank is located deep in the foundation, which facilitates filling the press system with oil. The pressing units are removable, which makes their assembly and repair easier. The press is controlled with a button. The size of the slider stroke is ensured by adjusting the position of the end stop.
