Sale of a container conveyor system with a pick-by-light system.

The conveyor system extends over several sections and partial circuits (loops) over which the containers are transported.

Loop 1 (Partial Loop 1 Conveyor System)
- Main Loop
- 2 stations for the adjacent floor storage area for storing full pallets
- One lane for containers identified as non-conforming after inspection
- A total of 20 empty containers are in circulation simultaneously

Loop 2 (Partial Loop 2 Conveyor System)
- 3 stations for push-through racks
- 15 empty containers are in circulation simultaneously
- Dimensions approx. 4m x 38m

Loop 3 (Partial Loop 3 Conveyor System)
- 2 stations For push-through racks
- 15 empty containers in circulation simultaneously
- Dimensions approx. 4m x 35m

This is followed by 12 packing stations where the containers can be processed.
From here, the packaged goods are packed into cartons and routed to 4 shipping lanes.

Terms of Sale:

§ 1 Subject of the Contract
As already described, a container conveyor system and the Pick By Light system are offered for sale.
The buyer acknowledges that this is a used system.

§ 2 Purchase Price
The purchase price is negotiable. VAT is deductible.

§ 3 Collection
The buyer undertakes to dismantle the system at the seller's location, namely the site, at his own expense and responsibility.
The dismantling of the system will take place at a time agreed upon between the parties, at least in writing. The agreed time must be chosen so as not to disrupt the seller's general business operations.
The seller will grant the buyer access to the premises to dismantle the system, provided that all safety and access regulations of the seller are observed by the buyer.
The risk of accidental loss shall pass to the buyer upon handover at the site. Handover shall take place at the latest when the buyer begins to dismantle the system independently.

§ 4 Warranty and Liability
The buyer purchases the system as seen.
The seller excludes any warranty or liability, regardless of the legal nature of the asserted claim, unless a guarantee has been given for the quality of the goods or a defect has been fraudulently concealed.
This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages – regardless of the legal basis – if the seller, its legal representatives, or vicarious agents have breached their obligations through gross negligence or intent, nor to the mandatory liability without fault, e.g., under the Product Liability Act.

§ 5 Retention of Title
Ownership of the contractual items remains with the seller until the purchase price has been paid in full.
