HAMOS KWS 1010-0 – complete electrostatic separation line

We are selling a complete HAMOS KWS 1010-0 electrostatic separation line, including dust extraction, conveyors, hoppers, vibrating screens, and other accessories.

The equipment is designed for dry electrostatic separation of conductive and non-conductive materials, particularly for separating metals from plastics and other non-conductive materials. It is suitable, for example, for processing plastic mixtures, cable waste, electronic waste, and other mixtures containing conductive and non-conductive components.

The complete line includes:

* electrostatic separator HAMOS KWS 1010-0
* dust extraction and filtration unit IGM PFLUX
* large input hopper for material / big bag
* conveyor for transporting material to the separation line
* large vibrating screen
* small vibrating screen
* replaceable screens for preparing the desired 1 mm and 2 mm fraction
* frame, hoppers, and other line accessories

Material handling

The large input hopper is designed so that it can be removed from the frame and transported to the desired location using a forklift.

This allows the material from the big bag to be emptied into the hopper outside the line itself, and then the hopper can be placed back on the frame. From there, the material is transported to the next part of the process.

HAMOS service and modernization

The separator itself underwent service and modernization work directly at the HAMOS manufacturer in 2024.

As part of these works, the following were carried out, among other things:

* installation of a new control unit
* other service and refurbishment work

The line is available immediately.
