Are you looking for a reliable, high-performance, and immediately usable complete solution for powder coating? This complete powder coating system combines top-class industrial components into a perfectly coordinated overall system. Whether for single-part production, small series, or contract coating – the system offers you the ideal combination of high coating quality, low energy consumption, and well-thought-out material flow.

The heart of the system is the generously sized electric or gas curing oven with a usable space of 3.20 x 1.40 x 2.00 [m]. The indirect heating via the integrated stainless steel thermal block and the powerful air circulation ensures excellent, homogeneous temperature distribution, which reliably prevents coating defects. The system is complemented by a mobile spray booth, which guarantees maximum flexibility in the hall area due to its design. Together with the proven Wagner/Gema handheld unit, you can apply a wide variety of powder coatings (from standard organic to metallic) precisely and economically. The included C-rail system, with its approximately 27 meters in length and a load capacity of 200 kg per carrier, ensures smooth, ergonomic transport of your workpieces between coating and curing.
