The Handtmann HVF 658 industrial high-vacuum filler is a top-class, specialized portioning and filling machine designed for continuous operation in large meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, and factories producing snack sausages, dry sausages, salami, and meat snacks. The unique high-vacuum technology eliminates almost 100% of micro-air bubbles and oxygen from the filling, which directly translates into a compact structure of the finished product, excellent consistency in weight, reduced maturation and drying time, and a significant extension of the product's shelf life.

The heart of the machine is a precise paddle feeding mechanism correlated with a powerful suction system of a Busch vacuum pump with a capacity of 48 m³/h. Thanks to the filling pressure of up to 72 bar, the HVF 658 model perfectly handles very dense, hard, heavily frozen, and demanding fillings. The design with an external, automated loading hopper and level sensors ensures smooth, continuous operation without technological downtime for traditional chamber filling.
