Coordinate drilling machine / precision boring machine with tool kit (see photos) in excellent, exceptional condition, second-hand (owned for 41 years).

The coordinate drilling machine has the rare option of motorized table drive in the X and Y axes and potentiometers. This eliminates the tedious need to manually adjust the individual coordinates over longer distances using hand cranks. Furthermore, it features rare thermal stabilization and expansion compensation. For this purpose, 2 heaters are provided, which can and must be switched on separately before starting work to maintain high accuracy and dimensions. This explains the factory-specified high positioning accuracy of 0.002 mm with a resolution of 0.001 mm.

What is particularly unique is that the Hauser has two Heidenhain digital displays with a total of 4 glass scales with a resolution of 1 My, also for the quill feed. This is a significant advantage when precisely drilling and milling at depth with Wohlhaupter, spindle tools, etc. With the options mentioned and in this first-class condition, it is very rare and highly likely that you will not find another one like it.
