Maximum Yields and Accurate Process Control
• Highly efficient heat transfer through extra high-volume, high-velocity heating modules, achieving heater module response times of under one second for temperature changes below 0.1°C—ensuring profile stability even with heavy board loads.
• Broad process window for universal profiling, accommodating various board types under a single temperature profile.
• Each system is supplied with:
• Advanced PCB profiling with 3 thermocouples and comprehensive process parameter logging, supporting storage for up to 500 temperature profiles and 500 profile graphs.
• Cpk software for real-time Cpk calculation—monitoring oven performance, repeatability, and providing Cpk data for each zone and the entire oven. An exclusive Heller feature.
