Description
High-quality Herbort 159 CVM Vacuum Homogeniser for the production of homogeneous and dispersed food products. This machine is specifically designed for mixing, dispersing and homogenising liquid to highly viscous products under vacuum, resulting in a superior product quality and extended shelf life.
The vacuum system removes air and oxygen during processing, preventing foaming and oxidation while preserving flavour, colour and vitamins. Ingredients can be added directly into the vessel or through the side funnel. The product continuously circulates through the homogenising unit until the desired consistency is achieved before being discharged.
This machine is equipped with a modern Siemens PLC control system, frequency-controlled drive and a climate-controlled electrical cabinet.
