DESCRIPTION:
Our The HV/NC series horizontal hydraulic ram presses are available with three different press capacities, ranging from 150 to 300 tons. Horizontal hydraulic presses are specifically designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars, and beams.
The machine's horizontal design allows us to easily process large beams and profiles. The latest generation of the HV/NC series horizontal hydraulic press has evolved into a versatile machine that can accommodate a wide range of tooling options.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The HV/NC series horizontal hydraulic straightening presses consist of a C-shaped electro-welded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel. It is stabilized and machined after the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Calculated and designed using finite element software. This ensures our high standards of robustness, precision, and quality are always maintained.

They are equipped with a main sliding table and a rear support table made of high-strength steel, with grooves according to DIN 650. They are equipped as standard with support blocks made of C45E steel. The main table ensures perfect parallelism thanks to four cylindrical guides with maintenance-free bimetallic bushings and frictionless maintenance.

They are equipped as standard with two height-adjustable guide rollers on each side.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
Double-acting cylinder with seamless, cold-drawn tube, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free, wear-resistant guides.

Motorized hydraulic group with two speeds and automatic shutdown at high speed. Includes cylinder decompression valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
The machine is equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4-inch MTP-400 touchscreen located on top of the electric drive pedal. It allows programming of the semi-automatic and automatic operating modes, as well as the power, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. It has a memory capacity of 99 recipes, with all values programmable in each recipe.
The electrical control panel features a selector switch for selecting the type of work to be performed manually or automatically, as well as a key selector for maintenance operations.
Electrical and hydraulic maneuvers are redundant and self-controlled. An additional safety block and self-control devices for maneuvers and safety are integrated.
