The hydraulic four-column press MV-250E/NC belongs to the M/NC series and is specially designed for high precision and capacity, particularly in deep drawing operations.
Outfitted with upper and lower tables made from C45E steel, featuring DIN-650 T-slots to ensure minimal friction during vertical movement of the upper table. This is facilitated by maintenance-free bi-metal bushings and perfect parallelism by means of four chrome-plated and precision-ground cylindrical columns.
The press features an optimized hydraulic system operating at pressures below 290 bar, ensuring long service life and reliable performance.
It complies with all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Consists of three fully welded blocks, manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Designed and calculated using finite element analysis software.
• The lower table is equipped with a 50-ton hydraulic cushion, usable area 950 x 750 mm, and three front supports for tooling outside the press.
• Integrated SIEMENS KTP-400 NC for controlling ram stroke, speed changes, and cushion control.
• Includes a SIEMENS S7 PLC, permitting storage and programming of up to 99 settings.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Single-acting cylinder with honed sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and wear-resistant guides.
• Complete hydraulic unit installed on the top of the press.
• Hydraulic unit comprises a low-noise Denison hydraulic pump and an air-oil cooler.
• Includes:

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Features a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4-inch KTP-400 touchscreen on the control panel. Enables programming of semi-automatic and automatic modes, power, stroke, and dwell time. Offers storage for up to 99 recipes; each recipe is fully programmable for the above parameters.
• The electrical control panel features a selector switch for mode selection: manual “setup” or automatic “production” cycle.
• Machine operation via electric low-voltage foot pedals.
• Safety features include category IV light curtains in the front working area, two fixed side guards, and a rear safety guard with a magnetic interlock detector.
