The milling spindle has a power output of 13.0 kW (S6) and accommodates tools with a maximum diameter of 350 mm via HSK interface.

Drilling unit with 24 spindles – 18 vertical and 6 horizontal. The maximum drilling diameter is 35 mm. For grooving, the drilling head is equipped with an integrated saw unit for blades with a maximum diameter of 125 mm and a maximum width of 4 mm.

18-position disc tool changer, pneumatically liftable and covered to protect the HSK 63F holders, as well as a single-position pick-up changer for saw blades up to 350 mm in diameter.

Pneumatically retractable stops in the table for special machining either on the nesting table or using vacuum pods.

Vacuum capacity of 750 m³/h, distributed across 2 pumps with 500 m³/h and 250 m³/h respectively, intelligently controlled by ECO-VAC software. To optimize vacuum efficiency, the table features a 16-zone vacuum system.

The pre-installed pusher unit is connected to the extraction system and can be used for panel cleaning and/or clearing the nesting table.
