Machining Center 7235 Demonstration Machine

Machining area: 4580 x 1650 mm. Maximum workpiece size for edge processing, minus cutter radius.

Maximum panel width placeable: 1,660 mm. Maximum workpiece height: 300 mm.

Simple and quick vacuum pod positioning with the Holz-Her VI.SE LED table. The various colored LEDs indicate the position of consoles and pods, including the rotation angle for swiveling pods.

8 consoles, each with 2 pods per console, and electronic stop position monitoring.

The routing spindle delivers 13.0 kW of power and accommodates milling tools up to a maximum diameter of 200 mm via an HSK interface, as well as saw blades up to 350 mm. Ideal for heavy-duty machining, such as solid wood applications.

35 drilling spindles, comprising 25 vertical and 10 horizontal spindles.

Two independent saw units, one in X and one in Y, each for saw blades up to 125 x 4 mm.

24-position rotary tool changer and 14-position pick-up changer, along with a single-slot saw blade magazine for 350 mm saw blades, offer maximum flexibility for tool setup.

Safe Detect – safety monitoring system replaces foot mats or light curtains.

Integrated waste conveyor belt in the machine frame.
