New demonstration machine!! List price: €52,742 (net). Forescolour, consisting of milling table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis unit in compact board and base frame with adjustable machine feet. Milling bed with 19mm MDF sacrificial board. Table openings pre-configured longitudinally and transversely. Mechanical set consisting of profile rails including profile rail carriages, ball screw and precision racks. All elements assembled, pre-lubricated, including test run, ready to use immediately. Control set consisting of control cables, energy chains, planetary gears, stepper motors, high-performance drivers, power supply, and toroidal transformer, fully pre-mounted in the control cabinet, including sensors for each axis. Switching relays for automatic operation of the existing extraction system. Brush seals for dust protection, as well as CE-compliant safety devices provided by a moving extraction device and a laser scanner mounted on one side for working area monitoring, with a 275° and 5.5m field range (machine positioned in a corner of the room). Handheld control unit with all necessary machine operation functions, including emergency stop button and dead man's switch. Tool length sensor to determine tool length and active zero point offset. High-frequency spindle with 2.2 kW, including collet nut, frequency converter, line filter, braking resistor, and collet set. Monitor as a built-in monitor, including mini PC with Windows 10, pre-installed with Beamicon2 control software, as well as mouse and keyboard, integrated in an ergonomic desk. Vacuum table: Milling bed designed as a vacuum table, consisting of four adjustable segments. Cross table made of PE with a top plate of ... vacuum pump from Becker company with a capacity of 100 m³/hour, oil-lubricated. For connecting the vacuum pump, a 16 Ampere, 400 V AC plug is required. The customer must supply HDF 3mm double-sided raw board (2500x1300mm) as sacrificial plate for the entire vacuum table (recommended use: processing coated wood-based materials).

Maintenance package in systainer: grease gun 150 ml, one cartridge of high-performance grease 400 g, spray can of silicone spray grease 500 ml, one grease fitting with hose section and 30mm face milling cutter with indexable inserts.

Pneumatic unit: consisting of four cylinders, throttling check valve, push-in fittings, angle push-in fittings, silencer connectors, filter regulator, push-in manifold, PE hose, and brackets, for use in a pre-configured table opening (for end-face machining). If pneumatics are required for both table openings, the position must be calculated twice (NOTE: Compressor to be provided by customer.)
