Milling bed made from 19 mm MDF as a sacrificial plate with guide rails and slot blocks, used as a clamping method.

Base frame with bracing, cast in polymer concrete, prepared for transport by pallet truck or forklift.

Mechanical kit comprising profile guides including guide carriages, as well as ball screws 2010 and 1605 for all axes.

Shaft couplings and high-performance grease for lubricating the individual carriages, as well as energy chains including connection sets.

Control kit comprising a Triple Beast for controlling 3 axes, with an Ethernet connection.

Leadshine driver board for the fourth motor. Four stepper motors, 5.0 A, 3 Nm, with motor cables, plus a switching power supply rated at 48 V, 6.7 A, LED board for breakout board, ribbon cable and proximity sensors, small parts such as wires, wire end ferrules, control cable, heat-shrink tubing and cable lugs. Fully installed in an aluminium housing, including electrical kit and emergency stop.

- 21.5-inch monitor as a built-in display, including a mini PC with Windows 7, Rhino 5.0 CAD software, Estlcam G-code generator, Beamicon2 control software, as well as a mouse and keyboard, pre-installed in an ergonomic console.

Tool length sensor for determining the length and adjusting the active zero-point offset.

- High-frequency spindle with 2.2 kW, including union nut, frequency converter, mains filter, braking resistor and collet set.
