For pre-milling (jointing trimming), gluing and post-processing of various kinds of edging materials. Fixed stop on the left side.

- with 80 mm wide conveyor chain with rubber-coated chain pads,
- workpiece thickness 8 to 60 mm
- top pressure with compound V-belt, automatic height adjustment (to workpiece thickness)

- glue roller drive in case of feed stop

- Jointing trimming 2 motors (clockwise, counterclockwise), 2x4kW, rear motor w. jumping function

GLUING SECTION V20, consisting of:
- QA60 glue application unit, with PTFE-coating (Teflon), with manual quick-adjustment glue gates
- pneumatic clamping of glue application in mount
- Pre-melter for EVA glue
- Edge magazine, edge thickness min. 0,4 mm to max. 20 mm
Edge width (height) max 65 mm
- modes: edge rolls, (veneer) strips, solid wood edging
- Pressure zone with automatic horizontal adjustment (NC CAN-axis) to edge thickness,
1 driven & 4 non-driven pressure rollers.

- Snipping (end-trimming) unit PK85 horizontal, 2 motors, with straight/chamfer cutting function
- Rough trimming 2x1.15 kW, top/bottom
- Corner rounding FK11, 2 motors (top/bottom) with various trimming heads, motorised adjustment
- Universal trimming unit, (e.g. grooving), 3.5 kW, tiltable, w. electro-pneumatic jumping control
- Multi-Profile (radius-) scraping MN11 with automatic positioning by NC-axis (CAN)
- Flat scraping (glue joint) FA20, top/bottom, (version with 3 tracer rollers)
- Buffing unit FP10, top/bottom
