Used Hosokawa Alpine AFG 400 classifier jet mill for the ultrafine grinding of different products with a sharp top cut. This pulveriser allows the fine comminution of products in the bottom chamber of the machine. Thanks to the different nozzles, the pressurized air reduces the product size to the desired one. The top part is fitted with air classifiers that ensure the required top cut of the end product. This results on a narrow particle size distribution (PSD). Different settings allow to adjust the fine product on the go.
This unit is suitable to process many different products for all kind of industries, like minerals, chemicals, etc.
