Scope of supply
Brand new Sugarplex SX 500 bare mill, including the mill housing, internal grinding tools (pins discs) and 37kW motor integrated onto the housing door.

The Sugarplex is a pin mill specifically designed and built for the fine grinding of sugar (can be used with other products too). Its compact size and pressure shock resistant design makes this mill quite interesting against the traditional mills used for sugar fine grinding such as our UPZ. The footprint of a Sugarplex system is very small in comparison, just needing a feeding screw, metal detector and two rotary valves before and after the mill vessel. No need for air filters or blowers and the required piping, thus saving space, investment and operative cost, cleaning, maintenance or spares.
