Hosokawa Alpine Turboplex Classifier for ultrafine classification of dry powders.

Model 500 ATP-NG (New Generation). Classifier wheel designed for reduced pressure drop and hence power consumption.

Classifier manufactured in 2002 for project in Turkey.

In storage for the last 8 years.

Installed power - 22 kW.

Can be used for separation of powders or for operation in closed circuit with a mill.

Feeding introduced either by gravity from above or in airstream from below.

Scope of supply includes 55 kW exhaust fan to generate airflow through classifier system. PPDS can supply ancillary equipment and controls to complete system if required.

Equipment is offered in "as is" condition with no warranty given or implied. PPDS can provide a full refurbishment service. Inspection is invited at our premises in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, United Kingdom (close to East Midlands, Birmingham and Manchester airports).
