The ZSE 150 scraping machine is used in small and medium series production as a
universal scraping machine with a deburring unit on the back. Compact and
easily accessible, all operating elements and the work area are easy to reach
from the operator's location. A large operator door provides unhindered access
to the work area. This enables simple and quick conversion and tool changing
processes. This machine is equipped with a pallet ring magazine.

Regardless of whether it is for plunge, diagonal or parallel feed or for
corrections such as
conicity or crowning, all feeds and correction movements are carried out
by the scraping head. The simple automatic loading due to the stationary
workpiece is also the result of this machine concept and enables the
construction of an extremely stable machine bed. This in turn is a basic
requirement for achieving the highest gearing qualities. The CNC
control controls the axes according to the attached sketch.
