Lýsing
The HUSMANN HL type shredder is designed for the pre-shredding of the following types of materials: municipal waste, green and dry wood and bio-vegetable waste, including tree roots, industrial waste, waste resulting from series production, etc. The long-standing experience of the Husmann company in the manufacture of shredding equipment is translated into the superior quality of execution, reliability and versatility.
The HL II 1417 twin-shaft shredder is equipped with an intelligent hydraulic system with controlled power regulation and a rotation of the knife-holder shafts adjustable between 20 and 40 revolutions / min.

The material to be shredded is fed through a hopper.
The screw-fixed shredding knives guarantee maximum efficiency even with the most difficult material to shred. They can be reconditioned by applying welding seams to regenerate the active surface. Special welding electrodes can be used for this purpose for abrasion protection and therefore have a long service life.
The standard overload protection with automatic reversing device protects the crusher even when processing massive contaminants.
The feed hopper and discharge conveyor can be manufactured according to customer requirements, and the drive unit with electric motors can be configured separately from the shredding unit.
The drive unit with Sauer hydraulic pumps and slow-speed gear motor has a very long service life. The slow-speed motor transmits a torque of 90,000 – 130,000 Nm to each shaft.
