IBS Waschautomat Typ MAXI 91-2

Easy operation thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process, allowing skilled personnel to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and soluble IBS special cleaner (washing solution). Contaminated parts to be cleaned are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the device is switched on and the solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed machine, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis. The pump units draw the cleaning solution from the wash tank and distribute it via six stainless steel spray pipes with overlapping flat spray nozzles. The parts to be cleaned are intensely sprayed with the hot solution from all sides during the steady rotation of the motor-driven basket.

Once the cleaning cycle is finished, the device shuts off automatically.
