We offer this used infrared continuous drying oven for pad printing on aluminium wheels, manufactured by IBT.InfraBioTech GmbH, year of manufacture 2021.

Description and Intended Use
The machine is designed for drying decorative prints (pad printing) on aluminium wheels. The wheels are conveyed through the system in four process steps: 1 Loading / Unloading, 2-3 IR heating, 4 Convection cooling.
The surfaces of the wheels are gradually heated in the system to a maximum temperature of 250°C. The applied coatings are thus dried. When using solvent-based coatings, only minimal amounts of solvent may be introduced into the system! The upper limit is 10 g of solvent per hour. Safe operation is guaranteed when the exhaust air system is running simultaneously. Subsequently, the wheels are cooled down to temperatures below 60°C.

The machine has been professionally dismantled by the manufacturer into its individual components and divided into several packages. The individual parts are packed on pallets and ready for shipping. All documentation is available.

The buyer purchases the equipment as inspected, with all warranties for material defects excluded. The seller is also not liable for claims for damages – irrespective of their legal basis – unless the seller or its legal representatives or agents have acted with gross negligence or intent. Any existing warranty claims against the manufacturer, its seller, or other third parties are assigned by the seller to the buyer.
