IDEAL BAS 050-11

Processes bi-metal, carbide, wood, and stainless steel saw blades up to 50 mm wide, with a 6-stage welding current control for a wide range of blade dimensions and materials. A hydraulic tensioning device on both sides – operated via a foot switch – keeps both hands free for blade positioning and ensures reliable electrode contact with up to 10 kN of clamping force. Equipped with the GTR pyrometer option: the annealing temperature is set and monitored contactlessly according to a pre-defined recipe, and the process cycle ends automatically for reproducible, operator-independent welding quality. The machine is from 2019, is in very good condition, is water-cooled, and is ready for immediate use in production.

Pyrometer / GTR: The integrated pyrometer (GTR) enables contactless temperature measurement during the annealing process. The target temperature is pre-defined in a recipe and displayed on the panel – the annealing cycle ends automatically when the set temperature is reached, eliminating operator-dependent variations and ensuring consistent welding quality.
