The IFE SORT is a density sorting machine based on the fluidized bed system for fine, dry bulk materials. The function of this air separation table is based on a combination of vibration and air technology. Heavy components are conveyed upwards by vibration, while lighter components are kept suspended by injected air and consequently float downwards.

The applications include recycling and secondary raw material processing, as well as the wood, food, and mining industries.

Standard version: consists of a basic unit with a perforated plate insert driven by two unbalanced motors and a fan with a motor.
Nominal width: 600 mm; sieve aperture 0.6 mm
Capacity: up to 3 tons/hour in recycling – however, this is highly dependent on the density and size of the material being processed.
Easy adjustment: of impact angle, amplitude, inclination, speeds, etc.
Design: dust-tight
Control cabinet: is not included; 2 x 500 W unbalanced motors and 1 x 4 kW fan

The machine was in operation at an R&D center in Israel. As the company now operates a production facility in the Netherlands, the R&D center will be closed. The machines will be transported to Europe at the owner's expense and can be delivered ex works at a port or at the production facility in the Netherlands.

The details for optimal transport need to be clarified. The machine price does not include packaging on a pallet.
