Sector segment now driven by a dual set of cam gears instead of the previous triple system, resulting in smoother and vibration-free improved carriage operation.
Chains replaced in May 2023
Gripper carriages have been repaired where needed but not replaced; current register tolerance at the front lay with rigid board types is < 0.15mm
Electromagnetic clutch (24 VDC, Warner) replaced in May 2023, as well as all roller bearings on this shaft, including those in the casing just before and after the worm gear.
Oil seals replaced
Oil casings flushed and thoroughly cleaned for conversion from mineral to fully-synthetic oil. Absolutely no foaming, quieter operation.
Dismantling as of 23/12/2025; then available for sale ex-warehouse Van Rooij
