How does the machine work?

The magazine is loaded manually with boards, the blocks can be placed manually or loaded through a magazine, then the machine automatically arranges the boards and blocks in the correct position for nailing.

The machine is designed for continuous and reliable production of pallet runners. It combines professional precision with a user-friendly set-up. The size of the skids produced can be easily changed in just a few minutes.

Blocks

Machine capacity: IMH-LM-1500 - 12 pieces / min, at max. board length

Skid nail machines are available as standard in versions up to 1500 mm, 2000 mm and 3000 mm.
IMH has various additional machine modules that can be easily attached to existing machines to achieve a higher degree of automation.
