We offer the Inject Star P60 separator – an industrial machine for advanced meat recovery (AMR), designed for meat and poultry processing plants and factories that want to maximize the use of raw materials and reduce production losses. The P60 separator works on the basis of a hydraulic press with a crushing chamber, which separates meat from bones and hard tissues and then presses it through a perforated filter.

How does the Inject Star P60 separator work?

In a special feeding device, the bones are fed into the pressing chamber and pre-compacted. Then, a linear hydraulic system separates the advanced meat from the bones and pushes it through a perforated filter (standard 8 mm). This results in high-quality meat mass while maintaining low calcium content and minimal temperature increase during the process, which has a positive effect on the quality and functionality of the final product.

The AMR Inject Star system enables the recovery of up to approx. 35% of meat from red bones, with low wear on consumables and relatively low running costs.

High meat recovery from bones – up to approx. 35% of high-quality meat can be recovered from red bones, which significantly increases the profitability of the raw material.
Low calcium content – the end product is characterized by a low calcium level (< 1,000 mg/kg) thanks to the use of a precision pressing chamber and perforated filters.
Minimal temperature increase – the separation process causes only a slight increase in meat temperature, which has a positive effect on color, structure, and technological properties.
Low operating costs – the low-wear design and low maintenance requirements reduce running costs and the risk of expensive downtime.
Possibility of line expansion – according to the manufacturer’s offer, the separator can work with a bone crusher as a preliminary stage and with additional soft tissue separators, as well as various loading systems.
